Quick title information

How To Replace A Title:

Complete an Affidavit of Loss form.
All registered owners must sign the form in the presence of a Notary Public.
If you’re still making payments, the Lien Holder must apply for the title
or mail or deliver in person to a vehicle licensing office or Quick Title office.

Options and fees
$85.50 - Quick Title Transfer
$35.50 – Vehicles and trailers

Standard title, mailed within 4–8 weeks

Quick Title
$85.50 - Processed and available immediately 

Quick Titles are not available for

• Vehicles or Vessels reported stolen
• Insurance or Wrecker destroyed vehicles or vessels
• Vehicles with a "WA Rebuilt" on the title
• Original Out of State Title
